July, month of the internship

While no one can be against a long vacation, there are many downsides to long holidays for students. A break that takes three months has the tendency to erase the built-up routine that helps students get good grades. Three months of leisure can help you forget everything you’ve learned all year, but there’s another risk involved: young girls at a marriageable age are often courted during the summer months – the marriage high season.

In Morocco there aren’t many possibilities for young people to work during the summer months. Internships are almost as hard to come by. Dar Moustaqbel helps by using all its contacts to guarantee an internship for every student. This year we have three students at the internationally recognized mining enterprise Managem, two students at the supermarket conglomerate Marjane, and two students at the luxurious hotel Jardins de la Koutoubia – to name just a few. Thanks to the help of our friends and the kindness of strangers, we were lucky enough to be able to provide each of our students with a dream internship in the sector of her choice.

We want to thank all the companies and organizations that granted us internships for all their help and good will: mineral laboratory Adminier, Managem, Alain Afflelou Optics, medical laboratory Al Andalous, printing business Youssef Impressions – Itba3, Marjane, accounting firm Koutoubia, ophtalmologist Mabrouki Zaki, musée Aman pour la civilization de l’eau, University Cadi Ayyad, notary Leila Benfdil, medical laboratory Anoual, Tribunal Bab Doukkala, United Tourist Guides, Al Karam Association, Moroccan League for the Protection of the Child, hotel Jardins de la Koutoubia, Wrédé Optics, and Al Omrane Real Estate.

A big thank you from the girls at Dar Moustaqbel for making these internships possible.
